We are a small team, but work hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible! Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are meticulously packed and shipped out within 5 days of purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with order and tracking information. If you have not received a confirmation email with tracking information after 7 days, please contact us.  Humboldt House orders can be shipped to all 50 states.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

 Please note, once a shipping label is printed it may take up to 24+ hours to see movement on the tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified, or USPS Ground for PO Boxes.  We also offer Express Shipping through UPS 2nd Day Air. Allow 1-2 days processing on these orders. Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air internal processing operates during business days only, and we cannot guarantee delivery over weekends.
