Returns & Exchanges
Thank you so much for your purchase and support!
We do not accept returns but are more than happy to offer an exchange for another available item or store credit that never expires. If you would like a gift receipt for a purchase, let us know!
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
All clothing, apparel and accessories must be unworn or unused with tags on. All perishable goods and SALE merchandise are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
To exchange in store, please bring your item(s) in the original packaging with your receipt within 30 days.
Exchanges may also be made by mail for online orders. Please note, if you would like to exchange an item by mail, additional shipping fees may apply.
To exchange via mail, contact us at thehumboldthouse@gmail.com and include your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and if you want store credit or the item(s) you'd wish to substitute. Upon confirmation, we will e-mail over a return shipment label with instructions on how to re-package your item(s) and location options for drop-off.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of a) credit issued via an e-gift card or b) new shipping details for the exchange item(s) of choice. If you have not received your exchange within 7-10 days of receiving tracking from us, please let us know.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right! For online orders, please include your order number and/or photos of the damage.
