Returns & Exchanges

Thank you so much for your purchase and support!


We do not accept returns but are more than happy to offer an exchange for another available item or store credit that never expires.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note, if you would like to exchange an item by mail, additional shipping fees may apply.  


To exchange in store: bring your item(s) in the original packaging with your receipt.


To exchange via mail: reach us at and include your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and if you want store credit or the item(s) you'd like to substitute.  


Upon confirmation, we will e-mail over a return shipment label with instructions on how to re-package your item(s) and location options for drop-off.


Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of a) credit issued via an e-gift card or b) new shipping details for the exchange item(s) of choice.


If you have not received your exchange within 7-10 days of receiving tracking from us, please let us know.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!


In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right!  For e-mails, please include your order number and/or photos of the damage!
