Deboned, deskinned sardines preserved in a spicy olive oil.  These exceptional sardines are preserved in spicy olive oil and are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids.  Each sardine is fished artisanally, selected one-by-one and prepared by hand. Sardinha uses exclusively fresh fish that is steamed according to the traditional pre-cooked method.
