The signature blend, called the Blissful Blend: which is a blend of our Nicaraguan and Peruvian beans.  Couplet's Nicaraguan beans are directly from an awesome family-run farm: Fincas Mierisch.  Peruvian beans are San Ignacio and specialty grade.  Certified organic and gluten free.
