Yonny Martinez is a first-generation coffee farmer, growing a smattering of varieties spread across a few different parcels in Huehuetenango. This one comes from La Cipresada, a spot he especially favors thanks to its proximity to his grandparents. With a blissfully bouncy mouthfeel, lingering sweetness, and a superbly refreshing citrus shine, this coffee channeled the bright spindly images of Truffula Trees straight into our minds.
